Well i don't think he can. Most toilet stalls like in japan aren't like US stalls.. they have no bottom opening and generally the tops are really tall. Also if you look at the panel where they push him in you can see there is no bottom opening

This is a Korean webtoon, so idk what's it like in Korea... but in Japan, yes the stalls are tall but, the ceiling height isn't. So if you stood over a toilet you could probably get out. It's to preventing peeping, not escaping. However it's nigh impossible to trap someone in a toilet stall like this because the doors open inwards lol, not outwards.

I must say the plot twist wassss insane but I don’t like how this is going, it’s very annoying, and the girl who is desperate for the main character, I hope she gives up, or dies, and I know that won’t happen but wtv. I accidentally disliked your comment, but I agree with you. Shinoa, The girl who uncharacteristically has the hots for Yū, is as annoying as Guren and Mahiru. The other members of Yū's team are useless, and irrelevant to the story. Also,where the fuck did Narumi (ponytail guy from the Nagoya arc) disappear off to? This shit about Guren having vampire neutralizing poison in his blood is contrived bullshit. I hate this story.
Only 80% thats a very positive outlook, Kagami has being sucking really hard at writting them recently, he doesn't even remembers there is more people outside of the same characters.
