karlyle says it's not like he doesnt like it but he needs to breathe in the NOVEL it says that he has never denied ash and doesnt mind the only thing thats negative when he's having sex is it doesnt make him feel alpha like. Ash hasnt gone thru his rut in years and warned karlyle multiple times and wanted him to go home and karlyle accepted. Karlyle also says that he understands whats going on with him because of his rut. it would make no sense for ash to ask for consent while theyre already doing it because its obvious he's not in the right mind right now. and throughout the manwha whenever theyre having sex, karlyle is always saying no and to stop but truly he doesnt want to stop and feels embarassed, thats the type of person karlyle is and he's said that to ash many times. If youre pointing this out NOW then you shouldve pointed it out a long time ago.

I’m glad he won’t. I only read alpha x alpha omega verse manhwa it’s just my preference but there is exceptions like love is and illusion and surge for you but that’s it so I’m really glad he won’t.
