Okay so whilst i loved this chapter (because like everyone else here, im a gooner.) I feel like little A couldve helped K a lot more effectively if he did some stuff diffrently.
So first of all, im taking both human anatomy AND chicken anatomy into consideration here, because K doesnt have a cloaca...but a vagina. Usually with eggstill hens the appropriate thing to do is to bathe them twice daily in a tub of hot water. This is like a spa treatment for the chicken, it helps relax their lower muscles to get their eggs out easier. And actually humans can have something pretty similar to being 'eggstill', in a way... When a human is going into labour, the muscles of the vagina automatically and slowly start relaxing and stretching themselves to make way for giving birth. But sometimes the mother can have trouble getting the muscles around her vagina to stretch far enough, thus making it too narrow for the baby to fit through. In cases like these, doctors or nurses usually finger the vagina in a massage type of way to help loossen up the muscles. Taking this into consideration, little A could probably have helped K lay his eggs more efficiently by doing that. Other then that it just kind of bugged me that they didnt take their surroundings into consideration... chickens are very prone to sicknesses, diseases, and such. They can die from the simplest things like being overheated. Doing what little A did in chapter 9 is not only unhygienic, but poses bacterial risk to K's literal genitals. Most chicken diseases kill the chicken from inside out, so imagine how fun that would be if it started with your genitals... anyways thats all for this chapter. Like always, im not trying to call anyone dumb or be that 'ermmmmm actually' type of person. Just trying to educate some of the users here on mangago. :) that's all. Hi. Its me again. A mangago user who lives on a farm, and who's job is to take care of chickens daily. And let me just...tell yall some important stuff when it comes to chicken health.
First of all, with some common sense this shouldve already been obvious but the act of a hen laying eggs is in no way sexually arousing for her. It just feels like taking a real big poop.
With that out of the way... onto the important stuff. Chickens are stubborn. When you can visibly tell that a chicken is sick, that means its usually already too late to save them. They dont really show symptoms of sickness like other animals do. So people with chickens like me have to be really obvservant of how much my chickens are laying eggs, sleeping, eating, drinking, pooping, etc... because even the smallest things like sleeping a lot or sneezing once or twice could be an indicator that the chicken is sick. Now heres the thing: there isnt really any sort of medicine specifically made for chickens(atleast not where im from). You could probably get them vaccinated for some stuff, but thats pretty expensive and will have to be done every 1-2 years(which is pretty frequent..). Usually if my chickens are sick, we use medicine made for pigs and mix it with their water supply. After that we just hope for the best...
Making your own 'shots' or 'medicine' for chickens is very unsafe and potentially dangerous for the chicken. If a hen is eggstill like portrayed in chapter 8, the proper thing to do is to let the chicken rest in a tub of hot water once or twice a day. The hot water will relaxe their muscles and stimulate them to get their eggs out easier.
Anyways congrats if you read to the end, your attention span is awesome. Im not trying to call anybody dumb, or be that 'errrrmmmm actually-' type of guy. Im just trying to educate the people here a little bit. :)

Maybe its because i have chickens myself, my family+me take really good care of them ofc... but seeing 'k' in agony like that over his eggs being taken away really hit me :(( I live on a farm, and one of my little farm-duties is to get the eggs from our chickens each night. Usually youll notice that chickens are pretty protective about eggs, even ones that arent theirs. But when theyre eggbound?? They'll do ANYTHING to protect their eggs. Scream, puff up their feathers, peck at your hands, fly at you...etc... chickens are EXTREMELY SMART so if you wrong them, they'll remember. And they'll distrust you from that moment on. So seeing 'K' getting treated like that broke my heart just a little bit. Poor guy :((

The cover made me a bit skeptical...but once i started reading... The character designs are ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. so unique and memorable. The pacing wasnt too rushed at all, but it didnt feel like a slowburn either. It was perfectly paced with just the right amount of tension to keep you on the edge of your seat for the whole thing. And the ending?? I genuinely sat there thinking about it for 10 minutes after i finished reading. Actually made me shed a tear. Concluding thoughts; 10/10!! A must-read for anyo e with eyes.

Mc slowly becomes more unlikeable as ths story progresses..?? Like after the foursome scene with mr wu, marina, n wigrun it just feels like all mc thinks about is sex.. she becomes sort of rude at times too! Still love the story very much, but sometimes mc is just straight up cocky or mean
