He didn't even try to understand hyesung's past. Byul is too used to luxury and pampering from his parents that he doesn't know what's the feeling what hyesung suffer and yes I said what I said he's a spoiled brat now. He's even thinking of letting hyesung meet with that grandma like ugh I'm disappointed.

He didn’t have a meltdown because he was with a happy family after neglecting him, he was having a panic attack at the thought of being dragged back to him and used like his mother was.
Like, he said his father would give her to alpha clients.
Also byul is a teenager, and they say dumb shit and are immature. And with how often both his parents like to keep secrets, I doubt they told him much if any of hyesungs past… Like he overheard them talking about not wanting him when he was little and probably heard why his grandma doesn’t see hyesung from her.
So it’s not a stretch to assume he only knows the surface of it, while us readers have the full story.
I’m a teenager and even if I don’t get the whole story, I know enough not to use people's traumas against them, no matter WHAT situation I’m in.
It’s not about how Byul when abt it, it’s abt how the author is making it seem like it’s okay to slip and then one apology will do it, when it’s more than that??
And the fact Byul said that he doesn’t know why grandma left in the first place, as if HE DOES and as if that’s gonna justify leaving your child with an abusive pos.
I js don’t appreciate the author for how they portrayed it this poorly..and ntm his fuckass husband texting his abuser behind his back even tho he knows that he went through is js baffling to me…
I like the fact that MC is saving himself tho. Like myself some strong mc. And honourable mention to the red hair guy cuz he's trying all his might to save our mc. And for the ml, how bout you get some snacks while you're at it
