i read the novel for this and its the all time cliché "i want to make her mine" type of trope. the fl doesnt rly realize that the ml loves her. the dad is kinda mean, ill tell u that. he hasnt let go of his trauma and hes inflicting it on his child. i havent read the latest chaps in a while bc i was letting it marinate lol. i do love the artstyle on this.
