I think both uke and seme doesn't remember the past clearly cuz maybe they were kidnapped (or something like that) that's when uke told the seme to hide in the closet, uke probably thought he could take the guy but couldn't and seme stepped in and got the scar. After that Seme got the scar on his forehead and uke's memory got hazy (kinda like red candy) maybe that's why the brother remember the seme but uke couldn't. Just my theory btw
