Peeling off my skin (at the palm of my hand) started of as a small burn then i continue to scrape the skin off of it so it got bigger. I eat the skin
Peeling / biting my lips - sometimes it bleed sometimes i eat the skin.
Biting off my nails - i make sharp edges cut on my nails, it looks cool then i spit it out.
