I think their relationship is romantic. Of course it’s not the type of romance that most people are used to. This one is raw and has so many uncertainties because of their background and how they both met.
Their relationship is complex, sure, but wanting to be with
someone for the rest of your life and caring so much about what a small gesture like a hug means, doesn’t scream platonic to me. It’s not familial. Families don’t act this way.

I loved the first volume so much but I’ll be honest I hated the second one. True, no cheating occurred but being so worried for someone and even going as far as consoling them in their house leaves a bad taste on my tongue. I was also looking forward to seeing more cute moments but this was just filled with the new guy instead of the couple. Feel free to disagree with me, that’s just my own opinion
