I feel like the uke won't never fall in love with seme if he did not lost his memories. And when the memories came back he came back on hating the seme, but since he was pregnant and somehow remember a little bit memories from when he lose it. He then settled down with the seme just for that 2 reasons. If he's not pregnant at the time his memories came back, they won't never end up together since the hatred was most visible.
