Honestly, this is the only BL manhwa where communication doesn’t work lmao. They have been vocal bout each of their perspectives,yet it gets worse by each convo. I love how this author put this kind of twist, it’s either one of them lower their ego or the classic 3rd party trope.

The reason they're being deployed is because they just pissed off the crown prince, she just said it's supposed to scare them.
As far as the duke, I think it was implied he has/does already contribute(d) in a major way? Both in the war itself and also as a ln espee factory.

Also the 2nd vision being a mystery and horus suddenly dropping honorifics speech and saying stuff like seth has chosen him since a long time now. That’s the issue, we can’t trust anything here. Everyone is an unreliable narrator. We also don’t know which version Mojito is following. With all of the clues hidden in the hieroglyph and the constant small dialogue box from characters questioning certain events that Mojito purposefully never addressed to the intention of the Ennead Gods who have hidden agendas of themselves and the random jesus guy who might be zeus, and the list goes on.
Besides, I still don’t understand why none of the gods who witness the birth of these siblings to them reaching god hood, never told them anything bout their previous life. Pretty sure everyone know the existence of HTE, why are they behaving nothing is weird from this whole shenanigans. Also very hypocritical since they claimed Seth killed millions of innocent lives, yet they just stood there watching… as if they can’t overthrow Seth if they joined forces..
Im also curious bout the root of Seth’s mommy issue. Why does his mother seems like she hates him n he wants her validation etc…

Its like she hates him or smh. But weve seen multiple instances where seth is lowkey yearning for nut or wanting her attention. Whenever it rains he looks at the sky wistful and there is sadness in his heart. I wonder if its because seth was the reason hte died in past and nut resents him for that? She has been very attentive towards horus tho as his grandma. She even blessed him with the headgear and he has her protection plus free use of powers. Im sorry I don’t remember much bout that version, what I could recall was after they fought for the throne, Seth n Horus reconciled and agreed to govern Egypt together, they had twins and the twins will be the future ruler of egypt n duat. (Might be wrong wince it was 4 years ago)

HOLY SHIT GUYS!! No wonder this blond guy looks familiar, he’s the one playing chess with ha kyung in CHAPTER 24!!! I genuinely thought him inviting to play chess was like a code for some kinky play but turns out they were friends when Ha kyung was in US. Woow, kudos to this author, the foreshadowing is chef’s kiss, now this bitch ass brother is fucked up if ML did some background search on Demian.
Anyway, here are some of my new takeaways after this reread:
1. Just give up on the grandfather’s help. He’s basically the older version of Ha-kyung. From every interaction he’s had, I’m convinced Ha-kyung is his carbon copy in looks and personality. I don’t know his full backstory, but if he ever had a sibling, I’m 99% sure he’d kill them without blinking. Like there has to be an origin why Ha kyung is the way he is. I would assume Yigon got from his grandmother.
2. As an Asian, I totally get the whole “eldest child obsession” thing, but the more I read, the more I feel like Yigon’s mother treats him like an illegitimate son. I get that Ha-kyung did manipulated her, but still the way she’s so emotionally detached from Yigon is just… off. She’s so obsessed to make Ha kyung a successor to the point of neglecting Yigon who was sick (as a child )
3. I swear, Yigon was the ML’s first love. That’s why he’s been attracted to people who look like Yigon. I can’t prove it, but the author keeps dropping those little hints and I’m starting to think it’s not accidental. They might met at any business party or something.
4. Not gonna lie, ML’s grandpa seems genuinely nice. I really hope he gets to meet Yigon one day, maybe give him the warmth and love he’s been denied his whole life.
