From what I remember from reading the novel a While back, there are 2 or 3 type of “sirens” and yaba is a rare case that is able to heal and KILL . His healing is also way more intense and stronger that leaves poeple addicted( hence the mc nickname and ml calling it a “cheap drug”)From what I recall, cocaine hasnt ever done or shown said ability.

You really feel how alive the other characters are (besides the Main paring) , even if their appearance is small. It really brings everything together
