Uhm, I hope you've read 'Kiss me, liar'. It's actually explained there that Alphas have the ability to control their sperm/fertility during segs. It's the Alphas will if they want to have children or not. That's why Josh is confident with not having any protection unless Chase want to have a child with him when they do the did.
