She's giving them 3 years without her to decide if they really want to be in her harem. I like that, because I would have been pissed if we got this many chapters and no harem. I know Cassian will wait, probably the hybrids too, but I kinda low key want some of them to decide not to be resume. Like Karmel for sure, they never even started to begin with.
