But they should change the title from "saintess returns as a villain" to "saintess returns" or "saintess finally see the truth". Because first of all, she's really naive, like i am sure as hell her father do the same but ofcourse the nanny was around. I tried to understand the whole thing and everything made sense except the title and her resolve to be a villainess. It doesn't fits because the father really cares for her but eventually the nanny was around. As to how the father seems to care lina more, maybe it had something to do with lina victimizing herself everytime. As you notice, the nanny held the mc as a puppet and the father believes the nanny because who else he will believe right? Of course when kids do misconducts, the first to snitch is the nanny. So he trusted her. Which is wrong. And when Lina is around, i think it'd either she bribe the nanny or brainwashed the nanny, she managed to do everything the mc can't.
As what we all know due to the circumstances, mc didnt managed to show her "cutesy" side to them, unlike lina she's cutesy, clingy and babyish. Men, loves to treat the girl who looks weak better than the strong or silent girl. We all know that.
So therefore i conclude, the title should be change because it doesn't fit the story at all.
