The world/setting, art style, the MC, the relationship and interaction between characters, the theme of mentor and their pupil, growth from weakest to strongest etc etc or just all of the above?

I think the powers and the world are what draws me in, a modern world but still with cool fights and powers, the growth of characters is also a very nice detail

Noblesse is a good one! And The breaker

Jungle Juice is a good read with similar mcs where they both are outcasts in their society but they get accepted by people who are similar to them with similar abilities. Instead of normal superpowers the characters take on abilities from insects (it's MUCH cooler than it sounds). The MC in JJ also starts off weak but grows stronger through a mentor and the power of friendship.

White blood also has an MC who starts off weak but gets stronger, extremely beautiful visuals and the fights are awesome (JJ also has amazing fight scenes), the powers themselves are cool imo. I don't rlly have much to say about WB cus it's been a while since I've read it but it is rlly great.

Mercenary enrollment doesnt include any powers but cool fights are still involved, tho the story can be repetitive but it's still loveable nonetheless. It has a similar theme of the MC being surrounded by his close friends. The MC in this doesn't start off weak cus he's already strong to begin with.
