I'll be honest. This is my head theory for now. Guwon is an experiment gone wrong. Manye the experiment caused the zombie outbreak. Guwon seems impressionable. So many he saw some ganster poster and was like haha I look like that I should copy what they are wearing. This would explain his inexperience, obliviousness and immature perception of everything. And this one is far fetched but I also personally think he has some power or aura or downside that makes people dream or remember things that aren't real. Because the doctor said Guwon killed his family. Now Teach dreamt him killing his dad too. I thought okay maybe this is the symptom of trauma. He saw Guwon kill someone's father and dreamt of his own father getting killed. But it was lowkey sus how much it got brought up....

Isn't it just MC that's delulu? The guy clearly has issues and his memories cannot be trusted. It might've been Guwon but it may have been himself who killed his own family for whatever reason. My own theory on that rn is that MC actually killed his own family, but it was, MIGHT have been, a mercy kill which still made him loose his mind, and the guilt is making him subconsciously remember that violence which is why he has these dissociative murder hobo episodes.
