I'm looking for an old manga, maybe 2010 or so. It was about a man (uke) in love with a friend (seme) who was a womanizer, but was also his boyfriend. After suffering so much, uke decided to cut him off, and seme changed and begged to be back after pretending to be fine and not being able to handle the emotional pain (he got appendicitis too). Another detail is that seme gives away a shirt he gifted uke on his birthday. He gives away to a girl he cheated uke with.

I just miss Sejin saying to him he took his life because at the moment it was his only escape. Sejin didn't have any other way, but Ido did. I love this confident Sejin, is so refreshing and reassuring to see. Even tho he is mad as Ido's decision of setting him free in this life, it was the best thing for him to become as assertive as he is now.
Like ido fr have the options but he wants to kill himself instead and just like not doing anything to fight for their relationship. Like he can be doing so much moreee
I feel you! I think the character is just not that much good of a person considering what he did in the first lifetime. But even so, he did good on giving Sejin the opportunity to live by himself, not tied up to that excuse of a family an not even to him. For that I'm grateful, but he's just such a drama king!
