Just go and talk to a friend or sibling or mother about your reason of feeling depressed..... And yeah also drink a lot of water and eat fruits..... I'm not gonna recommend any story or a hobby cuz it will feel like u r forcing yourself to enjoy something & and that in a way gonna backfire..... So, just try to relax yourself first....

get a therapist and try out cbt (cognitive behavioral therapy you freaks) or dbt. they've changed my life and I feel more able to take on the day when I'm not doing so hot. You're doing a great job of asking people what to do when you're lost. If you're super anxious in the moment try some grounding skills my favorite is 54321. You look for 5 things touch 4 things listen for 3 things smell 2 things and taste 1 thing. slowly think only about the object youre focusing on before moving to another. Getting help only starts with serking help youre doing amazing.
