spoiler problem

I have this fuckassΣ( ￣□￣||) problem wherein before I read manhwas, I would look at spoilers and then while reading I lose interest. I know it's like common sense now NOT to do it but my dumb ahh just keep on pressing them spoiler buttons its like a thirst that if i dont quench id end up crashing out.
