I never really though about this, I was first introduced by a friend but actually got bored amd when to comedy and slice of life instead, which ended up with me reading comedy/drama gl somehow.
I still read some bl but it didn't really hit (except for like this one manhua I was pretty invested in, surprisingly an omegeversre, I'll read the novel ......
