I don't know where they called him a she but about the mom thing, I think mom on omegaverses is not what you call the woman in the reltionship but the person that carries the child in their womb

I had to re read it to see if I missed it but they didnt said he was a she, when they said female pronous they were talking about byuls grandmother. Mom is normal in omegaverses, but byul talks about his mother as a “He” not a “she”
On chapter 24 Byul does while talking about the math school ("She is happy now"). Anyway probably a mistranslation. As for mom, yeah, it is quite normal in omegaverse and doesnt bother me at all
