Realistically, you don't get raped then immediately fall in love nor do you allow the other person to come into contact with you and MC is an adult more than capable to file a charge against his rapist. It's disgusting how people get off on these kinds of stories. "It's just a manga!! It's just fantasy, it's not harming anyone!!" Rape is very much a real thing that happens every day, and just because it's not harming anyone physically doesn't mean it's not harming people mentally, especially if it's rape survivors.
