this might be a little bit niche, but I'm trying to find this isekai where the MC gets isekai'd as the older sister of the heroine and they lived in a cabin (i think trying to protect her sister and her identity or smthn) and then suddenly the ML shows up one day and then I don't remember what happens but i think he convinced them to stay in the cabin or something
