how do you guys deal with that empty and weird feeling after finishing something you've read/watchd?

Cry cry cry angry angry angry and then I go reread the most giggly comedy shit and if that also finishes I'll just read something that's absolute garbage so when I finish it instead of feeling depressed I feel relieved
