Hi everyone I'm sorry, I know this is not totally okay but I am in desperate need for some help. As the world of manga and anime is the only thing I know, am I seeking your help/advise. I am not active on social media on any platform and as I spend most of my time reading manga I don't have many friends. I have started a gofundme account for my cat that is in a really bad shape and need all the help I can get. I have never done anything like this before and it is not going very well.. please, I don't know what to do. Any tips on what I can do will also help.

Would it be okay for you to post this on TikTok with images of your cat and how dire the situation is with the go fund me link. You’d definitely have better luck there as most of the people here are pretty broke!!

You can try contacting Animal shelters because they sometimes offer help to people who don't have the means to operate their animals. And you can ask them advices in general. Also check if veterinary associations / organisations exist, it's where you can treat your animals for cheaper when you don't have the means. Your local animal shelter might know more about it.
