I'm a bit confused why she doesn't just stay in that estate for a year. She clearly wants to live since she wants that Evans guy to die but she doesn't like the measures Raymond put into place? And she was so ready to go on a killing spree in her 117th life but she's confused why Raymond is doing the same?
I think her not wanting for Raymond to kill is mostly because In this life she is aware that this is not a novel, before she thought of everyone, including herself, as just a character. But now that Raymond remembers, everything feels more real, and everyone finally feel like real people. Also, she had this perfect imagen of Raymond, so I think she is strugling with the fact that he is not that perfect knight anymore.

I don't know of it's an unpopular opinion (it seems mixed) but I don't like Ellen (aswell as Ceaser obviously). I won't ever like her I'm sure, even if they give her a sad backstory or give her a good reason that she is the way she is, I just can't bring myself to like her.
i’m curious as to why you have that opinion about her? what made her unlikable? i find her to be a good character so i’m just wondering why you think not
Yeah I agree she unlikeable, even if she has good character or on the goodess scale, I guess even with her sad back story she's naive and gullible, and let's alot of ppl think and act for her like how she believed the nanny twice

ahh now i understand a little more, i can see why that’s an annoying and an unlikable character trait. i think it adds to her development as a person:D thinking back i also disliked her when the nanny scenario happened!
