His creepiness feels less ill intentional, and more(IMO) "I think small animals showing fear is funny because that's what I've been taught since forever" aka groomed behaviour, but also that seems like an insane stretch, considering he's only got a few panels.
I mean, even though G abuses him to hell and back, he still sticks to the man, whether willfully or not. To me, it seems like he wants to befriend Little A and doesn't know the normal way to make friends.
Yk, in the same way that Little A seems to be completely uneducated???????????? and doesn't know primary school stuff???? it looks like Uncle A was the only good adult around him during his growth period.
