i don't know if this'll work for you but I'd study for 3-5 hours then reward myself to read for quite a while, then back to study again and the cycle repeats.

i feel like if it's hard to put a pause on it, then treat it as a reward and recognition to yourself. i did this both on my mid test and i got an A for most of my classヾ(☆▽☆)

That's what I'm doing rn. This works best for me. Just came back from my 3h study session lolll.

Another one I do is re-read ones I've read before so I don't rush to end (as ik what will happen).
