Why do notifications keep disappearing?!? Anyone knows?! xO Yesterday I had 3, now I only have 2!! WHY?!?!?!?!

I don't know ;_; It started around october/november or something like that. I saw people saying the same happened to them but then everything appeared to be normal again so I just thought it wasn't such a big problem... but it started happening again and I don't want my notifications disappearing again and again >o<
