I think different versions of translation are good as long as the reader can easily tell which one they are reading. Nothing bad in having choice! Just remember to give at least basic respect to the author and your fellow translators :0
Jasper is right regarding the time of the update. Here we’re reading for free while manga is the income for authors and to upload a little bit later is a normal thing to do. We can wait for a few more days/weeks, can’t we? I know that everyone wants to read sooner but duh the mangakas are also people and love to eat.
