i really hate the CSA trope in BL and yaoi. like. why does every tragic backstory needs to have something so disguntingly abhorrent? i understand that some authors want to represent real life, and i get that it happens irl, but it's overused in BL. and it's kinda sickening... like why does queer media have to be always full of sexual trauma?
i guess it does explain some of cirrus' character, though. but still would i prefer it to not show us visually any of that, we don't need to see it.
