tbh i expected the twist that isaac was the killer.
even tho the clues were messily strewn. like, isaac can control himself and locked himself in the cage for 5 years never eating even tho it was so easy for him to escape. all of a sudden how did he become a homicidal maniac killing innocents when it was shown he has absolute self-control. the later killings of the husband and colin does make sense since he does have a grudge. and anne since he didn't like that she was close to giselle. but the earlier killings, man. it just didn't connect character-wise. it's like the author thought of this plot-twist midway and it just didn't connect with the first part.
the epilogue made it even messier. what was that for. i think if we just saw kid isaac, we would've felt better.
