I forgot the title of the yaoi i read halfway only but looks like it has a good plot. It's abt a high school student boy who alwys wearing mask/facemask to hide himself or rather to stop himself frm saying such words and for having such a foul mouth, in a way that back when he was young he told his classmate that she was ugly and the girl she had a crush on. He then met his classmate which quite popular and eventually end up in a clinic with that guy who took off his mask to see what he looks like or if he's sick. Then realizes he has a mole below or near his mouth something like that.
