I really dislike how they glossed over the issue between the ml and his mom. The mother never apologized or even talked to ml about blaming him. I understand that grief makes people act in wild ways but she knew what she said immediately after and had years to rectify that but nope she let ml feel like shit for years and now talks about loving him. Bro you didn't act like you loved him. The author could've explored it more, I hope they do in the later chapters
