i don't tend to mind much when BLs romanticize some of those taboo controversial stuff or whatever, since well. fiction is fiction. still, it doesn't make me appreciate manhwas that feature these subjects in a realistic-ish portrayal any less.

the chapter where chiwoo finally gathered up the courage to let go of jihyun made me cry too hard, and it wasn't even because i was sad for jihyun, but i feel like the author managed to string every panel and dialogue so well that we can see how much courage and effort it took for chiwoo to finally do this. the parts where chiwoo mentioned how he was slowly recovering from his trauma, or how much it tortured him thinking he played a part in causing jh to do what he did to him, or how often he was walking eggshells around jh; it was incredibly painful, so i think it made the climax all the more cathartic. although i thought it was a bit of a pity that kyujin didn't really shine as much(? maybe its just me?), it's also completely understandable since this manhwa is, at its core, about chiwoo's story and his recovery.

and of course, 1000000/10 for the art!!! not just the characters, but in general, the visual storytelling, the details, and the characters' expressions ;w;
