Considering everything that has happened before this, especially with being able to see through other peoples' perspectives, I don't believe this has all been a dream. If it had, why would we be given the other characters' perspectives?
I can't really remember everyone's names, so I will just be describing them real quick;
How could brown-haired guy know about white-haired guy's family? It may not be true, but this is part of the problem because we have seen through white-haired guy's eyes multiple times and we could assume brown-haired guy made it up, but no one has THAT intricate imaginations? Why would he make his sister write fanfic about him and his friend?
There could be an argument that brown-haired guy's mind is pulling on random bits of information from his life to make this fantasy, but how the hell could everything including random details be kept up for half a year? (╯°Д °)╯╧╧ makes no sense.
I assume, if it was a "dream" it must have been a shared one with white-haired guy to some extent, but still weird to have random people involved that none of them could possibly come up with
