I don't like Raymond but I feel sorry for him cuz he saw the accident and the shock because of it was really hard l, the FL could have been just a bit nice to him, she's even more heartless in the future when another similar situation happened to them.
I mean, she wasn't the one suffering because of him, I do love kitty Kylo 100%, but I still feel bad about how she treated Raymond after this and the next death experiences...T-T
Well tbh she didn’t believe Raymond actually saved her life, which I mean would make sense by the way he would act towards her
My heart does go out to him for witnessing something so tragic that reminded him of war.. however, it’s not like the princess would know of his PTSD, so we can’t fully shame her on that part and label her as being selfish—in reality , she probably assumed he would’ve wanted the same thing; after all, we saw how uncomfortable he was when the princess was courting him
I understand her reaction here, but it gets much worse than this and I don't want to write spoilers here in case you don't know what will happen but you will understand what I mean close to the end.

Basically she will die again (I will not mention the circumstances), and Raymond gets crazy because of that, to the point he needed to be tied to a bed and medicated because he can't cope with her death.
When she's back and gets to know about his situation, she takes a lot of time to go visit him and she's very cold to him even after seeing how bad his situation is.
I understand she is crazy about Kylo, but she was not the one suffering because of Raymond, it was the real Agnes, and if I saw someone medicated because of me it would make me sad and I would feel a bit responsible about the situation.
She just talks to him and left without a second thought.

I genuinely wish he gets over her and just move forward , I get the feeling he took a lot of his frustrations out on her throughout their childhood but I can't really excuse this level of insensitivity

That's a nice thought and all but we all know nowadays that, along with the ones deserving sympathy, there are always some crazies out there, who love using that one thing to manipulate and control people... So, which one is Raymond?
It is harsh but I cannot judge without knowing what lead up to her third death… and it’s not like she died hoping to traumatize and torture the poor dude…and it’s not her responsibility that he had a mental breakdown especially when he had been shoving her away and holding her responsible for staying next to him. Since the Agnes currently isn’t the Agnes he grew up with, anything she does or say would not be able to comfort him enough…given how much trauma, anger and guilt he has been repressing…he would have ended up there one way or the other.
In the novel, they just forget about the FL, she wakes up after everyone has left, almost dying from the injuries and the cold, that chapter is so sad, she realizes nobody came to rescue her, that Cliff (I hate him to the very end) didn't take 2 minutes to look for her, she's so injured that her face is totally unrecognizable like she had suffered domestic violence.
She has to use all her strength to pull herself upstairs and try to find the road to not die alone in that house.
I just can't with Cliff, I wished all the WORST THINGS TO HIM!!! Σ(っ°Д °;)っ

to be fair, novel was bullying edith too much, and after that ending felt extremely unsatisfying(most fo the characters got away scot free, especially cliff). i hope manhwa tones down the bullying and increase justice for edith to the max.

Yeah that part was so sad. But the FL is so so so strong she keeps going and going and going. One of my favorites FL tbh. So resilient
Honestly, most people think that "being alive and suffer" is the highest punishment someone can have. But in this whole family especially Cliff's case, being alive is a blessing, even if he lost his sense and go crazy, that'sstill a blessing. Didn't he get a new wife after that? And the wife take care of him so much? Hell nah, that was definitely not a punishment. He should have been died. No other punishment but death.

After lizzie fuck up cliff finally says “sorry guys I was wrong” and then after a short period of time gets himself a new tradwife and stays as duke heir. Reminder this man helped lizze try assassinate edith twice and left her to die when she got kidnapped AND didn’t feel any remorse (he was even encouraging lizzes behaviour) until she started cucking him left and right. This is so fucking infuriating I just can’t comprehend how he gets away with everything but it’s all because of Edith’s forgiving personality in novel.

He did not repent for all they have done together against Edith, specially when the control was already weak he got turned on with her craziness, but I have to say that I preferred the "punishment" Lizze gives him during their marriage, that was the only bit of pain they (father and son) got back.
I wished Cliff ended alone and Edith's son to be the next Duke or something similar, like he is unable to have kids and the second wife left him too, that would be sweet (╬￣皿￣)凸
