I've been in this type of relationship before and it honestly gets so toxic and although it is technicly a realistic relationship the odds of a relationship like this making it through without ruining both of the people's lives are quite low. I wonder where the author will go will this from here.

Nothing about this webtoon is realistic its a work of fiction and you must suspend your disbelief. Because they almost certainly will end up together, its the type of two fucked up people together against the world. Other genres will suit you better if you want realistic depictions but thats not always the point of a story. :)

Im not being passive aggressive, you're reading into my comment a tone that was not present. I suggested that an idealistic genre is usually not very realistic. If you need me to expand for clarity: even demographics like Shonen or shoujo tend to be happy endings, idealized a bit and while it might have mature content its not necessarily deal with mature themes, if you understand what i mean. Most romances have a happy ending and a clear cut, something a bit more mature or even artsy will not and have more realistic outcomes, more common in older demographics. So i suggest that instead. Because i don't think the author can or will meaningfully tackle that as this type of work that may even deal with difficulties and toxicity must always resolve with the couple together. That is the expectation.
Art is so good but the ml is 100% a dickhead and you can't convince me otherwise
