Ch.9….so I’m at ch 9 rn and it might just be me but the romance feels so insanely forced OH MY GOSHHHH….like bro u k!lled him and his comrades and the second he talks to u ,u start to blush?!?And bro he got his ass kicked by her and is acting so crazy in love lowkey and I just don’t get it like stories like this are most of the time so much better with either NO romance or Slow burn but it might geht better idk
I don’t think its forced? it makes sense why she ‘likes’ him and the reason to why she’s blushing. in her past life she was killing everyone mercilessly, she wanted it to stop. everyone saw her as a monster that has to be stopped, however ML didn’t see her as one — instead he gave her another chance. When no one took pity on her, he was the only one to do so.
and personally I think the reason the ML likes her is because he knew she didn’t want it to happen, she was simply being controlled and swallowed whole by an evil sword. So when he saw that in this new life, she was trying to live a different life without the slaughter or succumbing to the evil swords desires, of course he’d take notice.
Why does she have so much more chemistry with the second ml than with the actual ml cause I tried sooo hard to like the romance but it’s just soooo darn forced
