Ok i'm now confused, i know this a spin off but its still in the same universe, I thought alphas could only mark an omega if they are in love with them, and omegas are the only ones that can mark an Alpha permanently?

What I remember and understood is that -Omega marks Alpha is Permanent Alpha will only react to that Omega
-Alpha marks omega, but Omega can still mark other Alphas
And the Mark only stays if the person marked acknowledges/accepts the mark

Yes, it wasn't rape, Josh accepted to sleep with chase, and accepted his mark. Thats why it stays. Josh likes Chase from the beginning, his face at least.
