Honestly I’m a little dense..but did the author literally imply that Amo was sold off/kinda trafficked, SA’d AND groomed till the unknown “angel” came changed her perspective leaving her alone till the cleaners came?? Like yo..I started reading this because I was too impatient to wait for the new episodes in the anime and it was literally the best idea I’ve ever had. My limit for any Manhwas and manga are about 60-70 chapters before I get bored, but this is literally so interesting I binged this and finished in about 2 days. Fpr your question yes it's heavily implied that Amo was sold to that old man as a "wife", it implicitly implied he was consistently sexually assaulting her and maybe even rape. keep in mind she's was sold about 5 or 6 years old and when she made an appearance she was about 14 yo so that sa probably have been going for a long time. Also it's clear that he was manipulating her into thinking that was love and when she mentioned her heart war racing (probably of fear bc of getting sa) he told that was love which she only knew it was wrong when she met the "angel" and for the first time her heart raced in admiration and love and from that moment knew that that old man was not her true love and she accidentally killed him to protect what was precious to her.

I think it is pretty obvious she get groomed and SA. Her blurry vision, her coping images. She also act like any victims who felt so confused and uncomfortable by the action of an adult who supposed to pritect and care for her, that she misguided those action for love. Tbh mentally I’m not someone who can handle sadistic BL, and I mean AT ALL for the most part. I’m barley on episode 8, but this is already too toxic for me. First of all I need some justice for Taeshin, of course we didn’t see his pov or anything but MC said that Taeshin thought of them as close and he bluntly ignored that. When he could have easily said he didn’t wanna be friends or just simply not even got his phone number, and then had the audacity to feel bad after his death because HE didn’t pick up the phone? I like this art style, compared to the regular fancier type of style most authors tend to use in royal theme manhwas. I like them a but this one caught my attention because of how unique it was (≧∀≦)
I'm on chapter 30 and ready to drop this. I don't like anyone in the story except Coda so far. The commander is sneaky and rude, so he's starting to pmo. Hyoseop acts like an airhead and is too scared to say or ask anything. Lastly, everyone else is honestly just acting weirdly around Hyoseop since the whole guild is lying to him, and I don't like that either. Someone, please tell me if it's worth finishing. I'm not even hating on the story, but I just don't know whether it's going to be worth finishing or not. ¯_༼ ಥ ‿ ಥ ༽_/¯
