Can't remember if it's bl, but I'm guessing it is since I've not read any non-bl lately. So the dialogue goes something like this:
Parent of the uke or seme can't remember: you need to cherish him more/take care of him better.
Seme: i don't know how i can cherish him any more than i do now.
Parent: (⊙…⊙ )
