I hated the ML too but now i get him ofc FL doesnt deserve all this shit and i cried so much for her but really idk who wouldnt go crazy after being forced in an irl battle royale from a young age, regularly injected with drugs and barely escaped death from being tortured for months. So i think people who demands for him to get some physical punishment is kinda crazy, isnt that what made up his whole life already? Anette experienced a really priviledged, sheltered life since she was born and yea would be nice if she still does but she needs this character development and i am so proud of her. Also the fact that she apologized to the people her father wronged and even to ML just shows how mature she had become. Now she knows how wrong being ignorant and unaware of whats happening around you is.
Thought id finish it in a day but i cant , its quite stressful. I like the mc sometimes but sometimes her self-centeredness is frustrating.

Having a rollercoaster ride of emotions reading this. First, I felt the pain of the FL and cried alot for her and ofc I cursed the ML so much. But now that I knew his story i feel bad and i pity him. Im getting frustrated with the FL for refusing to acknowledge her lack of awareness with her surrounding and him. Bruhh its not her fault tho. Atleast shes getting the best charactr development.
