Why didnt the top just go to another company? If youre as good as people say, why not use your talents jn another company or build your own? A bunch of executives hate you just because you're good and you dont want to get promoted? I would've done it just to spite them like, "look, now I'm here, what are you going to do". Coz he was in a position HE wanted. The company was ready to promote him but he chose not to. Despite not being promoted, his opinions matter pretty highly. Enough that executives are wary of him. He likes the job. He delivers and rakes in the money for the company. It's actually senseless to move to somewhere else coz, despite his success now, he's probably not gonna be receiving the same incentives he has if he left to work for someone else.
Plus, with his success rate, only a typical boss with an inferiority complex would ever fire him. Thankfully, the higher ups are smart enough to make sure he stays.

Kyousuke deserves better, sorry. Saku may be a great guy but he never fully appreciated how much kyousuke really loved him
His trauma made really blinded him. It isn’t an excuse bc no one should have to play therapist to someone who, you’re right, doesn’t fully appreciate them/take them for granted. But at the same time I understand Saku is just a victim to his trauma, and I don’t blame him for treating Kyousuke the way he did, once you understand his past.
In the story, they keep hinting that the beta butler and the alpha master were brothers or did I read wrong?
Yup, they are half-brothers. They share one parent (alpha female).
Alpha master's mother is also the partner of beta butler's mother (omega maid).
Note: the beta butler's parents are both female.
- alpha master's dad had to take care of all the mess his ex-wife (alpha female) had made. he even asked the head butler (alpha butler's dad) to look after beta butler when beta butler was kid.
