The fact JJK didn't turn out worse is a blessing.
He is a red flag 100% but he could have easily been a black flag and just full on tortured Dan, be it with drugs or using him as a punching bag.
But it seems even he knows when to stop. (Nevermind he is a lightweight with drinking. He probably hates alcohol due to his father)
Not saying he is suddenly a green flag...nor am I dismissing that the dude is seriously f-ed up.
All im saying is he could have been way fuckin worse. （￣へ￣）
God so bloody satisfying to see them get what is deserved. On every note.

I wish this had spent more time in building a backstory so theories could be a bit more fleshed out.
But I personally think that his body was taken over by a past spirit. One who could not move on or maybe rather has been looking for for him.
(Be it whoever this white hair is. Being either born as a spirit or possibly even dead )
Going as far as to take over the body of another person to get close again.
We could go even as far to say whom ever white haired guy is is the spirit and he took over the body of a reborn shin yooyung. Hence why we see a change of hair color and that he can't recognize anyone former.
Trying to get close to his lover before the original can get the chance.

But on that hand...that possessive nature is coming out again which is slightly worrying. I wonder if it got this bad due to whatever happened in a previous life.

I mean. Dude has a few different jobs all in which are pretty strenuous physically.

He thought “It’s sweltering”, so it’s probably because of that. The heat can definitely screw people over more than just the hike. It’s also uphill, so it’s a double whammy.
Wasn't bad enough he realized his home was slowly dying and in a way himself with it due to lack of power.
