Looking for a manga. It’s omegaverse. I don’t remember if it had rape or not but I’m guessing it did at the first chapter. As I remember it had 4 characters, 2 alphas and 2 omegas. The alpha and omega couples were together but they weren’t a faited pair so what happened was when the omega came across his faited pair he went into heat even after taking a suppressant. Help
