He doesn’t want both tho. He doesn’t want to date the girl. He told her he doesn’t feel the same when she suggested dating and she refused to accept that. So they aren’t fully dating.
Rn he wants to not hurt either of them, which tbh very hard to do. Sister is gonna feel some type of way finding out he is into her brother and the brother is gonna be upset that he chose him over his sister.
At the end of the day someone is gonna be upset, he just needs to learn to accept that not everyone can be pleased.
