Split personality, or Dissociative Identity Disorder! I find this condition to be quite interesting to read about, most of these manga will be BL, SL, Action, horror, etc. Please keep in mind DID is a real disorder tho, so please be respectful, and don't assume/appropriate things  ;)

I've always hated Harem and Ecchi along with the typical Weak Ukes in manga.
