For shounen/seinen mangas, Manga Plus is the official, 100% legal and FREE site, for yuri/GLs Dynasty Scans is the goat, for anything else idk.
As for reading novels, novelupdates is the best, you need to create an account to access the chapters, though.
For manhwas you can read on bato and comick , but for comick you need to sign in , but I recommend it cause it has no ads but bato is pretty good too! You can find everything there

For booktoki it's a Korean site but if your using it on Google and chrome you can use the built in translator option - on the top right if your screen press the three dots and you'll find it! And then you can read your novels!! Enjoyy （/TДT)/
