Chaoter 8 literally has a panel with a 4 finger hand. And if it is damn, you’d think not having to draw would make the author at least put some effort into the plot… Imagine cheating and the art is still terrible

How many panels do you need to introduce him as his past tutor, he initially didn’t want but ended up falling for? Like, suspense and build up? I wanna see the statistics on how bad the viewership dropped for this last side-story. With ‘side stories’ this long and involved it’s worth just creating a short spin off series for it instead of tainting a good piece of art.
The change in direction for the writing already made the boss’s point kinda confusing (made it seem like it was set up for him to do something bad) This back story just feels so forced and convoluted.
Jk is just like T^T ‘pls come back to Seoul with me’ and KD is like uwu ‘ok’

Literally WTF I don’t know what else to say, I’m so irritated. The story is really doing everything it can to make JK’s redemption arc (if thats even a thing thats supposed to be happening) completely null. That whenever it does happen and for whatever reasons, won’t change that he’s a borderline sociopathic jerk who’s only intentions with Dan is owning him.

This is supposed to be after the main plot of the story. So we can get a glimpse into ‘happy ever after’ or resolve things in the story that didn’t get wrapped up properly. Not to erased a characters entire memory of just their partner so we can go thru the entire plot AGAIN but shorter and more frustrating. And to add more arcs and plot lines than the original story had. WTFFFFFFFFF I just wanted FLUFF everytime
Somebody tell these authors a character doesn’t have to reach rock bottom to decide to be a better person or realize their actions were wrong… And alternatively, you CAN create an unredeemable character or a situation where what they inevitably do for their redemption does not make up for all the horrible things they actively chose to do. And when you make these situations it’s worse for the characters development if they decide to change for any reason besides realizing they suck. At this point, I’m certain whatever reasons Jaegeng decides to take better care of Dan are gonna make me feel unsatisfied with his redemption because it will be hard to believe he’s changed and isn’t just doing whatever he needs to, to get Dan to come back to Seoul and keep his arrangement
